1) Conference Registration

Conference registration fee includes:

• Conference participation.
• Program booklet.
• Abstract booklet.
• Conference bag.

‘Retired*’ will be applied to those who satisfy all the following conditions.

• Sixty-five years of age or older.
• Involved in scientific research and/or developments at public research institutes, universities, or companies.
• Currently not working as a full-time worker.
• To confirm age, the NDNC2026 secretariat may request official documents such as an ID, a passport, or other forms of identification.

2) Cancellation Policy

Until 31 April 2026	Full refund after subtracting a processing fee
